Chris Anderson is the business owner of Anderson Consultancy Training and has over 25 years of experience in dealing with a vast array of conflict and physical intervention situations.

The courses are designed to give you the confidence in identifying triggers around conflict and personal safety awareness issues especially for lone workers.We will provide sound and effective communication skills and teach you how to recognise and respond to the varying situations you may experience and answer the " what if's ".

We will also provide and assist individuals with the necessary tools to prevent and /or reduce incidents whilst also supporting the organisations requirements under Section 2 Health and Safety Act 1974.
